what not to say to a diabetic

can u eat sugar? (yes)

is it contagious? (hell no)

are u SURE u can eat that? (get off my case, i actually have diabetes…)

Nick jonas has diabetes too. (no duh)

does it hurt when u do shots? (no)

it must be so hard having diabetes… (don’t give me ur fake sympathy)

i had to prick my finger today, i don’t understand HOW u can do that all the time? (thats life, u adapt)
